Seamus Fogarty Live on The Golden Hinde
Tuesday 16 June 2026
Doors 7:30pm | Show 8pm
Step aboard The Golden Hinde for an intimate evening with London-based alt-folk alchemist Seamus Fogarty.
Known for his richly detailed songwriting and distinctive sonic world, Fogarty blends poetic, often humorous storytelling with fragmentary electronics, drones and field recordings. His music moves effortlessly between the traditional and the experimental, creating songs that feel both grounded in everyday life and quietly otherworldly.
Born on the west coast of Ireland and now based in London, Fogarty first emerged with his debut album God Damn You Mountain on Fence Records, before releasing two critically acclaimed records on Domino — The Curious Hand and A Bag Of Eyes. His latest album, Ships, marks his most expansive and uplifting work to date, earning support from BBC 6 Music, Radio 2, and RTÉ Radio 1.
A seasoned live performer, Fogarty has toured extensively across the UK, Ireland and Europe, sharing stages with artists including Beth Gibbons, Lisa O’Neill and This Is The Kit, and appearing at festivals such as Green Man, Latitude and End of the Road.
Set within the atmospheric surroundings of a historic Tudor ship, this promises to be a rare chance to experience Seamus Fogarty up close — where songs, stories and sound intertwine in a uniquely intimate setting.
