Easter Chocolate Coin Treasure Hunt - Family Adventure at The Golden Hinde
Follow an Easter-themed trail around the ship, solve clues, and search for hidden chocolate coin “treasure” as you explore our historic Tudor galleon. It’s a playful mix of adventure, discovery, and hands-on exploration - with a sweet reward at the end.
To keep the experience age-appropriate and enjoyable for everyone, we run two timed treasure hunt sessions.

Early Years Easter Hunt (Ages 3-6) - 11:00
A gentle, story-led treasure hunt with simple clues designed for little explorers.
Older Explorers Easter Hunt (Ages 6+) - 12:30
A more adventurous hunt with trickier clues and extra ship discovery.
Both sessions last approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on pace.

Who Is It For?
- Families with children aged 3-12
- Ideal for those looking for things to do with kids in London over Easter
- Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that accompanying adults require a general admission ticket.
If you have children of different ages, both sessions can work. The Early Years session is more story-led with simpler clues, while the Older Explorers session includes more puzzles. Choose the slot that best suits your children’s attention span and confidence.
Good to Know
- Date: Easter Saturday only
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for check-in
- The Golden Hinde is a historic ship with steps and uneven surfaces - children must remain supervised at all times
- Located near Borough Market and Shakespeare’s Globe, perfect to combine with a wider Bankside day out
