Skinner & T’witch: Folk, Flamenco, and Theatre-Style Songs

‘Skinner & T’witch have been described as “a pair of comic geniuses” and I would not disagree - they are unique: there is nobody to compare them with’. - The Living Tradition

Get ready for a night of stirring music and side-splitting repartee. The soul deep, life-affirming double-act of Skinner & T’witch.

Drawing on vaudeville traditions, Skinner & T’witch’s show combines comedy and satire with folk, flamenco and theatre-style songs. There are stirring sea-shanties, gorgeously atmospheric ballads and uprorious music-hall numbers that will have you laughing and singing. All of this in the suitably spirited atmosphere of an Elizabethan galleon - right by London Bridge.

Skinner & T’witch have been on the road since 2014; released five albums; and have performed widely around the UK. They also recently toured both in Australia and the US. Their new albim 'The Songcatcher' will be released this summer.

'Some things just work. Skinner and T’witch are one of those things. An absolute must see.' - Lakefest

'If you get the chance to see them anywhere, please do yourself a favour, grab it with both hands'. - Leith Folk Club, Edinburgh

'A wonderful, eclectic set royally entertained the audience. Our advice is don't miss them if they are playing anywhere near you.' - Ulverston Live Music
