London Sea Shanty Collective - Live Aboard The Golden Hinde
Saturday 24 October 2026 | Performance from 2pm
Join us aboard The Golden Hinde for a special live performance by the London Sea Shanty Collective (LSSC), bringing traditional sea shanties and maritime songs to life in the atmospheric surroundings of our historic Tudor galleon.
Founded in 2017, the LSSC is an East London-based community choir made up of singers from around the world. Dedicated to keeping songs of the sea alive and relevant today, the collective performs traditional shanties with a contemporary twist, alongside modern arrangements and original compositions.
Having performed across the UK and Europe, the choir released its debut album, From The Waterside, in November 2025.
This special performance will also be filmed as part of a music video, offering visitors the opportunity to experience the choir in action while exploring the ship.
